We teach expositionally—book by book, chapter by chapter—because we believe the Word of God speaks best when we simply open it, teach it faithfully, and let it do its work.

The Preacher’s Job? Open the Word and Step Aside

At #BibleTeach, we believe the pastor’s role is not to entertain or dilute the message but to faithfully explain God's Word verse by verse—and then step aside to let the Holy Spirit do what only He can.

Each time we begin a new book of the Bible, one of our teaching pastors introduces it during our Sunday evening service. We encourage everyone to bring and use a physical Bible each week. If you don’t have one, feel free to take one from the pew—it’s our gift to you.

Every pew includes parallel English (ESV) | Spanish (RVR 1960) Bibles, along with Urdu Bibles, reflecting the languages spoken by our diverse church family.

We also understand that some people are hesitant to write in their Bibles, which is why we offer ESV Scripture Journals—so you can take notes, underline insights, and reflect alongside the full biblical text.

Don’t assume we’re stuck in the era of the first printing press—we fully embrace today’s technological tools. We highly recommend the free YouVersion Bible App for reading, highlighting, and note-taking on both Android and iOS. Many of our teaching pastors and pastoral interns also use Logos Bible Software, a robust study platform that combines digital resources with powerful tools to go deeper into the Word.

Yes—we embrace technology.

But we still love the feel of a physical Bible.

Grow in Faith with a Virtual Small Group

Want to stay connected during the week? Join our Virtual Small Group and walk with us daily through the Through the Word app.

Starting the Monday after a new book is introduced, our entire church reads one chapter per day. Most days include a short, clear commentary and a personal audio reflection from one of our teaching pastors.

You can also share your own audio thoughts or favorite verses. When someone in your group shares, your app will notify you—keeping you connected, inspired, and growing together.

Then, on Sunday night, a teaching pastor reflects on the week’s reading and previews what’s ahead.

Download the Through the Word app for FREE on your phone. Then click a link below to join our Virtual Small Group:

What We Believe at #BibleTeach Church

We don’t believe a church is defined by a building. Church is people—those who follow Jesus and those still seeking truth—gathering to wrestle with Scripture, ask questions, and grow together.

At #BibleTeach, we believe:

  • The church should be a place where believers are equally welcome and those that do not yet believe.
  • It should be a place that is safe to wrestle with your questions.
  • At #BibleTeach, we believe that the Bible is the Word of God. While written by man, it was breathed by the Creator, and that it is the source of all absolute truth. Therefore, what is clearly stated as a parable is a parable; if not, it occurred as written.
  • We believe in the Holy Trinity of God the Father, the Creator of the universe, His only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and suffered under Pontius Pilate. He was crucified, died, and was buried but defeated the grave not just for my soul but for all that believe in Him and confess it with their mouth that Jesus is Lord.
  • We believe Jesus ascended into Heaven where He currently sits at the right hand of God waiting until the Father says it is time to return.
  • We believe when Jesus first came to this earth, He came as a helpless baby. But when He returns, Jesus will be a conquering King to judge all men.
  • We believe in One Holy Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sin, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which tore the veil allowing us to once again come to God the Father face-to-face as long as you are covered in the blood of Jesus Christ.
  • We each believe that we are all wretched sinners—saved only by the grace of Jesus.

The “Come As You Are” Song

If you’re lonely, longing for someone to hear you

If your burdens feel like more than you can bear

If you’re searching for a place to just be honest

Come just as you are.

If you’re tired of just hoping for an answer

If you’re wishing you could let your guard come down

If you feel like you can’t hold it all together

Come just as you are.

Maybe you have always thought of God as distant

Maybe you have never trusted Him at all

There’s safety here to wrestle with your questions

Come just as you are.
